Meet Kim, everybody!
Kim is a high-rising businesswoman who’s love for success is only parallelled by her love of a good, strong, cup of coffee. That, and her love for women. Oh, woe!
“Coffee Break” is a happy, fluffy, and light tale about two unlikely women falling in love (with a good cup of coffee in hand, heh heh). What more is there to say? What would you like to know?
Puddy just wants to know how he can get out of his hand-knit sweater (evil chuckles).
Have a great day, everyone!
Oh my goodness lil’ birdies! So I was convinced that I was going to finish writing this one book – and then take a breather. Refocus. Recenter. Wait patiently on my first editor’s feedback. Do what you’re supposed to do once you finish a big project.
But what happened instead?
Well, I had this dream the other day which gave me an idea for another story… not a big deal, it happens to me every so often. But then! Yesterday (the day I just so happened to declare the first book done and was starting to wonder what to do with myself next), I suddenly realized how to merge this new revelation with an old one and BAM! EPIC STORY TIME!
So now I’m knee thick in a transgender love story, complete with conspiracy and mystery and I’m wondering where the hell this plot is going and AGH! No rest for us wicked writers I suppose.
Wicked writers, puddy cat thinks. Very evwil. Must cuddle more.
I’ve been working diligently on finishing editing and formatting a novel- but someone does not agree!
Look at these cute little paw paws, getting in the way and trying to type. So adorable!
Wishing you all the very best weekend snuggled up with your loved ones!

Even if just for a moment
Even if just for a glance
Even if just for a shimmer.
We’ve been terribly ill and out of sorts. Here’s us checking back in, trying to write some more happy and decadent things and get back in touch with y’all. We sincerely apologize if we haven’t been answering, commenting, or interacting. Hopefully we’ll be able to keep up with y’all again for a little longer this time around!
Stay warm and fuzzy – TwoLoveBirds
via Daily Prompt: Precipice
As a lesfic writer currently slaving away at stories of two women madly in love (oh, woe is me!) certain words just make me giggle when I read them. ‘Precipice’ just happens to be one of those. Why? Because it could mean so much.
It could mean a moment, a special glance of the eyes that plunge the action onward. It could be that touch, that one caress, that tips the pleasure over the edge. It could be those words, those special and tender ones, that send the relationship spiraling to new heights.
It could be so many things. At least, that’s what the mind of a lovebird thinks.
So, decadent readers, what does ‘precipice’ mean to you?
via Daily Prompt: Pursue
To pursue. How does one do that? Well, first of all you ponder and pause. You put together a plan of action. Then, you reel them in.
You entice, You can chase, but the best pursuit is one where you do not appear to be the pursuer. You make them pursue you.
And then, when they least expect it…
You place your demands! You claim your cuddles and belly rubs! Miaouw!
Hahaha, have a lovely day everyone!
via Daily Prompt: Temporary
Temporary. what is more temporary than the fleeting pleasure of a caress, the flying burst of an orgasm? We can try and express it, try and re-experience it for ourselves. But it is something so so passing that it is difficult to grasp. What does it feel like? What does it taste like, experience itself as?
A writer may struggle indefinitely with these concepts, for sexual pleasure is an extremely difficult thing to describe well. I think it is so difficult partly because erotic pleasure is one of the most sensual and beautiful things a human can experience in their lifetime. This sets the bar pretty high on what the author has to recreate. But it is the temporary aspect of it that makes it difficult to grasp. Even for ourselves, if we choose to do some ‘research’ (heheh), we are caught up in the moment. All that we are left with is memories of a fleeting sweetness, the ghost of a caress.
If one chooses to describe wine, for example, it is an easier thing to do. A taste lingers in the mouth and notes can be taken. It may taste like raspberries, it may be pungent. But of the erotic? It is passionate, sweet, wild, – yet it passes so quickly over us that it may feel like the blink of an eye. And so, its special quality often slips beyond the expanse of words and floats in a nebulous prism. We want it- yet we cannot describe it.
